We know times are tough at the moment, which is why we were delighted to hear that Launceston employees from the local branch of RGB Building Supplies are set to benefit from a comprehensive financial support package to provide help during the current challenging times.
The Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG) – which includes RGB building Supplies – are providing employees with a one-off winter payment of £500 in January to help with the rising cost of living.
In addition, through IBMG’s perks package, RGB employees will receive discounts on a range of essentials, such as groceries, clothing, mobile phones, household bills and insurance.
The group has also launched an employee purchase scheme, which provides discounts on a variety of energy saving products, such as insulation and draught proofing, helping staff to manage rising energy costs.
